When you play neblis.io, we collect your IP address and an optional nickname. We also gather usage information such as gameplay inputs transmitted in real time to operate the game. No accounts, cookies, or tracking technologies are used.
Collected data is used solely to provide the game service: establishing your network connection, running the game simulation, and displaying your nickname to other players.
Your nickname and in-game state are broadcast to other players in your session. A font file is loaded from Amazon S3. No information is shared with any other third parties. We comply with United States law.
All data is ephemeral and exists only in server memory while you are connected. Data is discarded when you disconnect or the server restarts. No information is persisted to a database. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission method is completely secure.
neblis.io does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game does not require an account or any personal information beyond an optional nickname.
We may update this policy to reflect practice changes or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date.
